It is always interesting to read another people's opinions and experiences and compare them to our own. Again, thanks for the thread! It really doesn't feel like 7 years to be honest. * - Sir - Mar 6, 2017 Perma-denied Ub3r. I feel like more people get approved than perma-denied. Hopefully someday a miracle happens and Omni is all like, "I think it's time for this kid to get his upgrade" * - PhalleN - Mar 7, 2017 That was a good read. 7 years is a long time, hopefully I can reach that milestone one day. * - NurSpec - Mar 9, 2017 Seven years is definitely a lengthy period! I enjoyed reading this, cheers for sharing. * - Bluffer - Mar 9, 2017 Great feedback thread. You make a lot of good points. * - SIM-2830142 - Mar 9, 2017 Great feedback thread, good thread. People should learn from this. I totally agree on the Marketplace part. * - nelz - Mar 9, 2017 Congrats on the 7 years bro, that was an informative review and I actually learnt a bit from it. I didn't know there was an a whole application process for Ub3r I thought you just paid and they gave it to you. If a user like yourself who has forged a reputation over a long time is getting denied then that makes me nervous for if/when I apply, maybe I'll be brave enough to try applying in a year or 2 lol. * - Germany69420 - Mar 9, 2017 I feel you bro i got perm denied as well. * - Egregious Jr. - Mar 9, 2017 (Mar 9, 2017 04:41 AM)$U$PENDED Wrote: I feel you bro i got perm denied as well.I'm not perm denied, but I've been denied 3 times so it's basically inevitable next time around. Sure, ub3r would be nice, but it's overrated imo. Ub3r eligibility isn't as big of a thing as you really think, all you really get is a -3 and junking threads. Once you can get your mind past that, you will realize that being a l33t member isn't much worse. I don't think Ub3r really changes a whole lot unless you're an e-book marketplace seller. Just my $0.02 And OP, great feedback, hopefully you do get a chance to reapply. * - Charger - Jul 20, 2017 Update 7/20/2017 Today marks my actual seven year anniversary. Since I posted this thread originally, permanently denied Ub3r was reset and as you can tell, I am Ub3r. Furthermore, since posting this thread, I've posted 4,100 (and some change) times. That's about 28 posts per day - the most active I've ever been on HF in my 7 years. Ub3r is something I am proud of obtaining. I feel as if I have worked for it the past 7 years I've spent here. I get messages all of the time asking how I stuck around for so long without Ub3r and to be honest, you don't need Ub3r to be high quality and respected. I consider myself to be just as high quality now as I was when L33t. That is all for now. Maybe I'll give this an update at my 10-year mark. * - Happeh - Jul 20, 2017 7 years is a long ass time * - Breakbot - Jul 20, 2017 (Jul 20, 2017 08:38 PM)Happeh Wrote: 7 years is a long ass timeindeed it is , and yet it still feels like it was just yesterday * - NightForce - Jul 20, 2017 (Jul 20, 2017 08:42 PM)Breakbot Wrote: indeed it is , and yet it still feels like it was just yesterday Breakbot and Charger the OG's here.
