He isn't really the owner, he has only paid for 1/4 of the group, Hex just let him have it and considered it as a down payment

I am kind of confused where the money all went.
So JB payed Sandshrew's debt for someone, but he went into more debt in asking for money from Tibit. However he is also needing to pay Hex for the group.
So how much did he pay for the group himself? And is he unable to pay b/c he has a limited PP?
This is crazy and has a lot of people involved. Hopefully Tibit will get his money soon and everyone involved will be happy with some sort of resolution.

I'd like to think Sandshrew isn't going to scam you guys of your money, and mainly Tibit. He seems pretty intent on paying everyone off.

As far as i can understand (from tibits post)
Sandshrew still owes Hex $2,750 for The Angels by March First.
Sandshrew owes Tibit $620 due to the interest agreed on, defaults on payment, claims to have a plan to pay me back by Monday or Tuesday even though he has only $230 in his LIMITED, Fake Info PayPal.
Juicy Booty requested a full repayment from Sandshrew, totaling: $1,250
In total he owes over $5,365 USD.

He owe's a lot of money to people, and he is only 15.
Hope he can resolve this Tibit. I've got trust in Sandshrew he can.

This has got extremely out of hand from small beginnings. Yes he shouldn't of did what he did but if he says he will pay it back hopefully he will.

I can't see how he can earn $620 in 1 and a bit days (what he owes Tibit) and it seems extremely unlikely that he will because he is lying about multi accounting and also owes JB $1500 to be paid on an unspecified date

I haven't posted here yet, but I have read all 425 comments. This is extremely unfortunate. Although I WANT to believe Sandie will pay it all back and life will be full of happiness and flowers, I'm slowly but surely losing hope in that happening.

I doubt he will be able to pay this off quickly. However, there are clearly two different due dates. Whether or not OP was going with one date over the other, there should have been one agreed upon due date. This is partially a problem of communication between two parties. That is not to say that I believe Sandshrew will pay on time, because I don't think that is the case. He has too much debt, and he seemingly doesn't have any way to pay for it. This is why you should have someone sign a promissory note and possibly demand collateral from them, if possible.
However, this scam report is too early. There were two agreed upon dates, so you should default to the latter, not the most recent.
But yes, Sandshrew lied about things in order to quickly obtain this group, and he probably thought "I will be able to handle it."
This is the maturity level you see often on HF. You have kids who are conditioned to be dependent on their parents. So when shit hits the fan, they don't know how to handle it. They don't think these problems out beforehand, because mommy and daddy usually do that for them.
And people should stop saying, "He's such a nice guy." Don't let someone's demeanor or attitude fool you. If you lie to obtain thousands of dollars, and you are unsure how you are going to pay it back, that is not nice in anyway. That is very mean and selfish. If he doesn't pay, others will have to suffer at his expense. Let his actions be the judge of his character. We will see.

Sandshrew finally woke up and texted me. He stated he will be on by 1pm. He didn't state a timezone, but his is Central Standard so I'll wait till then.
If he fails to get on then I will chargeback my payments to him and if he does get on, but his statement is insufficient, I will still chargeback.
Here is the latest update:
- Saturday, Feb 2nd
- Sandshrew owed Pheno $1,100 LR.
- Sandshrew gets JB to pay $1.2k LR to pay off Sandshrew's Debt to Pheno and tells JB can be co-owner/leader or w/e in The Angels, which he's said was paid off.
- Sandshrew asks me for a loan of $550 after giving him $450 from his PokeBoot Profits that month that I was holding as his PP holder for it.
- Sandshrew sends that $450 + $550 = $1,000 to Hex as down payment on The Angels.
- Sandshrew owes me $620 due to the interest agreed on, defaults on payment, claims to have a plan to pay me back by Monday or Tuesday even though he has only $230 in his LIMITED, Fake Info PayPal.
- Sandshrew still owes Hex $2,750 for The Angels by March First.
- Sandshrew covered up most of this and didn't tell any of us about the other parts we didn't directly take part in.
- Sandshrew is proven to have a multiple account know as xFrawshi.
- Sandshrew owes $120 to contest winners he didn't pay out yet.
- Sandshrew lied to his partner about sales for PokeBoot.
- Says he's too busy to call me, will comment tonight or tomorrow when he feels like it.
- Says he'll announce his plan tomorrow. Refuses to comment on many of the questions at the moment.
- Lied to all members involved.
- The multi account has the same videos, AIM's, Skype, Emails, etc as his real account.
- Juicy Booty requested a full repayment from Sandshrew, totaling: $1,250
- In total he owes over $5,365 USD.
- Sandshrew claims the multi account is his "cousin", admits to proxy selling for a non-upgraded account, which is against the rules.
- Sandshrew agrees to pay Juicy Booty $1,250 if he isn't satisfied with Sandshrew's explanation. He said he will pay me back 'possibly' by tomorrow.
- He asked members of his group to code him a program to sell to make money.
- He did not describe his plan to pay any of us back.
- He said he will post about it tomorrow.
- Sunday, Feb 3rd
- He said his statement will be posted by 1pm Central Standard time on Sunday.
