He isn't really the owner, he has only paid for 1/4 of the group, Hex just let him have it and considered it as a down payment

So JB payed Sandshrew's debt for someone, but he went into more debt in asking for money from Tibit. However he is also needing to pay Hex for the group.

So how much did he pay for the group himself? And is he unable to pay b/c he has a limited PP?

This is crazy and has a lot of people involved. Hopefully Tibit will get his money soon and everyone involved will be happy with some sort of resolution.

Sandshrew still owes Hex $2,750 for The Angels by March First.

Sandshrew owes Tibit $620 due to the interest agreed on, defaults on payment, claims to have a plan to pay me back by Monday or Tuesday even though he has only $230 in his LIMITED, Fake Info PayPal.

Juicy Booty requested a full repayment from Sandshrew, totaling: $1,250

In total he owes over $5,365 USD.

I haven't posted here yet, but I have read all 425 comments. This is extremely unfortunate. Although I WANT to believe Sandie will pay it all back and life will be full of happiness and flowers, I'm slowly but surely losing hope in that happening.

I doubt he will be able to pay this off quickly. However, there are clearly two different due dates. Whether or not OP was going with one date over the other, there should have been one agreed upon due date. This is partially a problem of communication between two parties. That is not to say that I believe Sandshrew will pay on time, because I don't think that is the case. He has too much debt, and he seemingly doesn't have any way to pay for it. This is why you should have someone sign a promissory note and possibly demand collateral from them, if possible.

However, this scam report is too early. There were two agreed upon dates, so you should default to the latter, not the most recent.

But yes, Sandshrew lied about things in order to quickly obtain this group, and he probably thought "I will be able to handle it."

This is the maturity level you see often on HF. You have kids who are conditioned to be dependent on their parents. So when shit hits the fan, they don't know how to handle it. They don't think these problems out beforehand, because mommy and daddy usually do that for them.

And people should stop saying, "He's such a nice guy." Don't let someone's demeanor or attitude fool you. If you lie to obtain thousands of dollars, and you are unsure how you are going to pay it back, that is not nice in anyway. That is very mean and selfish. If he doesn't pay, others will have to suffer at his expense. Let his actions be the judge of his character. We will see.

Sandshrew finally woke up and texted me. He stated he will be on by 1pm. He didn't state a timezone, but his is Central Standard so I'll wait till then.

If he fails to get on then I will chargeback my payments to him and if he does get on, but his statement is insufficient, I will still chargeback.

• Sandshrew sends that $450 + $550 = $1,000 to Hex as down payment on The Angels.
