You will get BAT for viewing, clicking, and interacting with the ads. That will lead to worthless clicks and worthless interactions with ads from people willing to get free BAT.

I get you, but you are one in millions who downloaded it for that reason. I got surprised when I saw my sister (not a nerd like us) using it. I didn't even get the opportunity to shill it. But her reason was a simple "it doesn't have ads and its fast".
And I don't blame her, ads are annoying. The truth is, the general public still doesn't care enough about online privacy, even after all of Zucc's data disasters.

Can you run BRAVE on a mobile phone? Currently there is no adblock solution for a non-rooted android phone. You can use a VPN type ad block system but that runs the battery down. The Adblock browser (makers of adblock extension) isn't very good.
The way I see it is this would be very nice for mobile phones as most people are already seeing ads on their phones.

I purchased some more at 0.3018 it was definitely a good time for me to purchase considering I have optimistic views on the future of Brave and it's BAT technology moving forward. Let's hope this investment pays off, this is twice I have put in a substantial about for BAT. Still holding patiently 😉

I bought BAT in the beginning for like 0.11$ and sold it at the peak for 0.85$ and this year i bought back in again for 0.11$, Let's see if it will hit 2$ :D

Some nice profits for you lol I bought in around $0.30 last summer then cut my losses and couldn’t HODL it anymore and cashed out around $0.20 =/

It's funny how many people always claim to have bought at the absolute bottom & sold at the absolute top.
If you did, well done.
But I don't believe you because 90% of the people who say this are just straight up lying, the 0.85$ top hasn't even lasted a day so it's quite unlikely.

Alts have been bleeding whilst BTC has risen, I mainly focus on BTC value of alts, not the USD value of them because alts are heavily influenced by the price (moves) of BTC.

Sucks man, I've also lost some money on alts that I had on Bittrex, apparantly their stop loss function isn't up anymore & I don't like trading without it...

It was not the absolute bottom or top but here, Same for XRP, bought at low 0.20 and sold at around 2.09$

I had 20k BAT when i first got in to Crypto, bought them for basically nothing. Sold it off for some dumb reason i don't remember... Easily one of my biggest regrets at the moment. This token is going places.

That's it. I'm letting omni's guesses handle my investments at this point, i literally put in $18 BAT yesterday when it was at 0.30 and it reached 0.37 suddenly today, i sold because i saw it go down but i bought more again when i saw this thread

Bought BAT again, last hodld bat in 2017 and sold. Bought at 0.28 cents. Funnest profit in a while.
