I don't think Brave is offering a CTR.  This would open them up to false clicks and low quality traffic for webmasters.

You will get BAT for viewing, clicking, and interacting with the ads. That will lead to worthless clicks and worthless interactions with ads from people willing to get free BAT.

Not why I downloaded it.  I personally like their stance on privacy better which does include ads but for me it's not about blocking those ads it's about being tracked by them.

I get you, but you are one in millions who downloaded it for that reason. I got surprised when I saw my sister (not a nerd like us) using it. I didn't even get the opportunity to shill it. But her reason was a simple "it doesn't have ads and its fast".

And I don't blame her, ads are annoying. The truth is, the general public still doesn't care enough about online privacy, even after all of Zucc's data disasters.

Can you run BRAVE on a mobile phone? Currently there is no adblock solution for a non-rooted android phone. You can use a VPN type ad block system but that runs the battery down. The Adblock browser (makers of adblock extension) isn't very good.

The way I see it is this would be very nice for mobile phones as most people are already seeing ads on their phones.

Me too. Had a significant hold too. One of my largest but at .16 and when it hit .10 I was scared and sold at .14. Of course, soon as I sell it moves up and up and up. I still hold enough to care though. I'm earning about 300 BAT a month from referrals and being a Publisher. So that's pretty cool. I don't even touch those funds. If BAT ever goes to $10 I'll have solid holdings for being an early adopter.

I purchased some more at 0.3018 it was definitely a good time for me to purchase considering I have optimistic views on the future of Brave and it's BAT technology moving forward. Let's hope this investment pays off, this is twice I have put in a substantial about for BAT. Still holding patiently 😉

Alts have been bleeding whilst BTC has risen, I mainly focus on BTC value of alts, not the USD value of them because alts are heavily influenced by the price (moves) of BTC.
