[Best Graphics Card] Looking to buy a Graphics Card - Swag Leader Juan - Feb 23, 2014 Anyone can recommend me to a graphics card with the budget of 125-160$ that can run bf3 stable on ultra or bf4 on high stable? It doesnt matter what type of brand just between that budget. Thank you! * - `Xez - Feb 23, 2014 No card can do that, not for that price. You are looking at at least a 760 if you wanna run on ultra * - Kappa - Feb 23, 2014 650 May be able to run it on Ultra @ 720p. * - Law - Feb 23, 2014 (Feb 23, 2014 08:24 PM)Kappa Wrote: 650 May be able to run it on Ultra @ 720p. Not at a playable FPS it wont, he will be at a disadvantage. * - Swag Leader Juan - Feb 23, 2014 how about a radeon hd? I heard it runs good. * - GL1TCH3D - Feb 23, 2014 Have you even looked at any cards and prices? Amd card prices are skyrocketing for crypto mining Even a 7850 goes for about $110-140 which definitely will not give you good results on ultra. * - Japanese Congress - Feb 23, 2014 You could pick up an R7 260x. Should be able to play Battlefield 3 on High with stable frames. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127781 * - The-Noob - Feb 24, 2014 (Feb 23, 2014 08:18 PM)ReX Wrote: No card can do that, not for that price. This is why people need to post these types of threads in the right sections to get a more accurate response. * - Renagade - Feb 24, 2014 (Feb 23, 2014 08:29 PM)GL1TCH3D Wrote: Have you even looked at any cards and prices? Card prices are stable in UK/Europe/Australia/Asia the overpriced cards only appear on American markets Example * - Just A Lion - Feb 24, 2014 760 SLI or 780SLI is good but i recommend just getting a 760, battlefield 4 looks good in high aslong as you have 1080p monitor. * - anythinga - Feb 24, 2014 (Feb 24, 2014 01:45 AM)The-Noob Wrote: huh? that is a load of bullshit right there. I Live in Denmark, and we might have a stable price, however it is still much more expensive than America!. * - Rozzi - Feb 24, 2014 I would save some more cash and go for the R9 280x. It is a really good card and most power per $. If you invest now you don't have to change it next year for a better one. * - Arm4L1t3 - Feb 24, 2014 (Feb 24, 2014 07:37 AM)anythinga Wrote: agreed, my gtx680 easily gets 60fps on ultra bf4Yeah but ultra without AA is a breeze for any mid-range card. If you invest now you don't have to change it next year for a better one.The 280X is like $500 now. Might as well get a 770 (about same performance and almost $200 cheaper.) OP: Wait a few days and you could get a R7-265 (basically a 7850) for $150. It performs similar to a 750 Ti overall, but in BF4 it beats it. * - Steve Kosh - Feb 24, 2014 My HD 7850 can get ~50 FPS average on Ultra at 1080p with AA off. I also have a FX-8320 as my CPU. I can do a FRAPS benchmark on a 64 man server if need be, just ask. For this budget I would recommend a R7 260X, or a GTX 750 Ti. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-r7260x2gd5ocv1 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-gtx750tioc2gd5 |
