General Introduction:
Be sure to read the entire post, this will explain most of the information that is required to know, so don't skim it, actually read it or you will regret it later on.
Welcome to The Empire Recruitment thread! The Empire is once again recruiting, looking for new members to join the most active and one of the oldest groups on Hackforums. Members who were kicked or declined in the past recruitment are welcome to apply again. To elaborate on our other recruitment threads, we want to know more about you as a person. With that said, creating a video or voice application is required this time around. Though we do accept software, website, or graphic applications, however no plain text applications will be accepted at this time.
Members can nominate applicants for further review for the group, but even so, if you'd like to be one of the members to make it into the group, be positive that your application is full of effort and thought.

Basic Guidelines:
- Around 60+ posts per month of the account's age
- Must have acceptable grammar
- Usually an upgraded member or a very committed non-upgraded member
- No LQP or Harassment Warnings
- No legitimate open or unresolved scam reports
- No trolling or flaming other members
Application:
We will only accept video and voice applications, if you want to do something different then you must show off your talent/skill in it, such as code a website or program, or design gfx to say what you want said. No plain text applications will be accepted. If you have another idea on how to make your application feel free to try it or ask us, however we will not accept any plain text applications still.
Answer the following through a video, voice, coded, or graphic application:
- State your first name and username, then your religion (if you have one) and age.
- State why you want to be in The Empire.
- Tell a little bit about yourself personally and what's important to you, anything that has heavily impacted your life.
- Tell us about how you found HF and what you mainly do / have done here.
- State anything else you want to say and finish with why you believe you should be added.
- The goal is 3-5 minutes, but no longer than 5 minutes please. Once finished just post a link to your application and any notes you wish to add in this thread.

Just some tips if you want your application to stand out:
Make your application unique.
Make it lengthy, but be sure for it to hold it's quality.
Use your personal skills to make the application: GFX, Gaming, Coding, etc. Show your specialty.
Be sure to use a set format, colors, themes, etc. Organized = good/ attention catching.
Show that you want in.
Again, the length can have something to do with the result of your conclusion, but ONLY if it holds quality from beginning to start.
Do a top 10 reasons why you want in, make a video application along with the required application.
Do far more than the required application asks for. Again, show us that you want to be a member of the Empire.

Video, voice, graphics, code a site or program, etc. Those are the formats we're doing for this recruitment thread, tired of boring long drawn out text applications, we want to see something different and only want a small number of recruits.

We are a group that enjoys having debates, think of The Empire as a debating group. Though we enjoy the massively high activity of lounges.

Doubt you will get more then 15 applications based on the requirements, I never said this is a bad thing. 15 high quality applications.
