Portable Solar Panel Battery Charger Power Bank For Cell Phone? Worth it? - AssGang - Jan 13, 2015 Ive never had one of these before, Like solar powered before. Ive had the original kind the one's you charge up and stuff etc. But I wanted to know is the solar powered better?, because it can charge off sunlight and other light sources and also by plugging it into a wall socket, etc. Just trying to compare these two Solar powered, Plus can be charged by wall socket etc usb power source. Since it has such a High resolution and pixel density. ) 🤝 * - Flatter - Jan 13, 2015 The first one looks super sketchy, 10/10 would rather buy the second one. First one is just a gimmick. * - aliciousness - Jan 14, 2015 Yeah the second one looks alot more legit and it's 12k mAh. That could charge a 5s 7 times fully and newer 5+ inch phones with 3k+ mAh batteries around 3 times fully * - Fʀᴀɴᴋɪᴇ - Jan 14, 2015 the second one definitely looks a lot more legitimate and I would purchase that one * - _Ppanda_ - Jan 14, 2015 (Jan 13, 2015 10:26 PM)UPS Employee Wrote: Ive never had one of these before, Like solar powered before. Highly unlikely that the mah is real. Be lucky if it's half that at that price. But meh. And yeah solar is nice, but that particular one looks lower end tho most are on ebay. Depends what you are looking for but some factors you should consider. Size, Mah, Price, name of brand, etc. * - thomasgreen - Jan 15, 2015 I think you should get the first one. It's 30,000 mAh. That could like charge your iphone 6 like 15 times on one charge (assuming the seller isn't lying or being deceiving). The solar panel isn't going to do much though. I have a similar one with a smaller battery and a solar panel, but the solar panel sucks. After one day of keeping it by my window, it would charge my iphone for about 30 seconds before dying off. So essentially nothing. I mean I guess if you were keeping it in direct sunlight for an extended period of time it could charge more, but yeah the solar panel isn't going to be useful in emergencies. You'd die of starvation first. * - Smooth_Criminal - Jan 15, 2015 Do check the output.... If it is 2A output it will charge your phone faster...... If it is 0.7A it will take forever to fully recharge your phone. * - AssGang - Jan 16, 2015 Alright thank you for all the replies, I was just wondering because I have the LG G3 and that bitch can kill a battery at times. Since it has such a High resolution and pixel density. 🤝 |
