I tried chatting with the guys like many suggest here to do than "I am selling blah blah" but it takes a lot of time and no one buy. I used one sample another user of ewhore section given, if I compared to my copy and paste I was making sales than chatting with the guys

He meant that it was not worth it to chat with each one of them since it's a waste of time and you are not sure if they are gonna pay at the end.

LQ/Loads of traffic = Just get right to the point do not waste time talking random non-sense.
HQ/Less traffic = Spend the time, It totally pays off. I have made a collective of 275$ off one guy in the past 48 hours.
