Sad thing about this kid is he claimed to be on a Windows XP 7 year old laptop and said he was too poor to buy a phone.

It was a smart scheme for him to stall out me opening dispute and community alert so he can scam more victims i really felt bad i didnt open right away so it could of prevented more scams.
