It was a smart scheme for him to stall out me opening dispute and community alert so he can scam more victims i really felt bad i didnt open right away so it could of prevented more scams.

Bump user has changed his name once again and his current name is [̲̅$̲̅(̲̅5̲10)̲̅$̲̅] and hes online atm looking for more potential victims to scam.

Confirming this, he just tried to scam me with his new name. After I asked him about his scams he told me I'm a time waster and blocked me.
