Well I was stupid enough not to check his HF before sending him the money.

He asked for a currency exchange, my PayPal for his BTC. He gave me a really good rate, 20 PP for 18 BTC worth and I instantly accepted.

Sent the money, got blocked. :^(

Thought he was trustworthy because I bought a eBook from him and he gave a lot of support and also gave me a refund because I wasn't satisfied with eBook :^(

Really sorry for your loss he is going on a massive scamming spree i made a community alert here https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5380280 but doesn't seem like anything is being done, he's scammed well over $1000 by now.
