Story:
On May 4th i bought the $130 package of his Exploit Builder and paid with bitcoins

He never replied and his "Last Visit" status in his profile link is hidden.
I never received the product i bought and if you look at the last three pages of his sales thread i am not the only one.
This needs to stop, i do NOT care how much rep he has got or that he is considered a top seller or not... he steals money from HF member.

You have not been scammed yet.
Here is the thing;
He will send you the product so be patient a little.
The problem you will encounter is that the product will never be FUD and it will never bypass any Antivirus on runtime. When you complain he will stop replying to your PMs and emails. When you write on his thread, he will ban your license and say you violated his TOS.
Later he will say you're not even his customer. So either way, you fucked up.
I'm sure you read all the complains on his thread but you felt we were just wasting our time. I'm happy for you bro, you just stuffed 130$ up your ass.

I am sorry he received money from you to without delivering a working product....
I do not agree that i have not been scammed yet though.
I have... i bought a product, waited for a long enough time and did not recieve it.
If he hasn't got the time to manage it anymore he should stop selling it (read: taking money from people when he can deliver on time or at all).
He has been scamming people long enough now so he should be neg repped and get this over with, once for all.

I bought it a while ago from him and he replies to every email however it hasn't been working for me at all (the builder)

Honestly, you just need to calm down a bit and attempt to get in contact with him whether that be through Email or PMs. Instead of making a complaint thread like this you should've commented on his thread. It's you're fault if he blacklist you since you made a Deal-Dispute for being impatient and barely trying to get in contact with him.

I DID try to get in contact with him using PM and email. Bottom line is, if you take money from people, provide a service, if you don't, your a scammer.... PERIOD.
Stop protecting people here just because they have a top seller status or a lot of rep, i paid $130 and did not receive anything and he does not reply to PM -> i was scammed out of $130. Not hard to understand. If you read his thread, i am not the only one by the way.

Yeah I had problems with him too, He made me jump through hoops to get. I waited 2 weeks to get the product from him. Everytime I did what he told me to do to get it, it was always 1 more step away.

You realize that the "Top Seller" sales tag is something that you can buy along with many other tags and stickies for that particular thread? It's not a vouch or guarantee that he's a top seller.

Sometimes I wonder why people like you feel too lazy to read before making certain stupid statements. If you check OP post, you will notice that he has written on the seller's thread more than once before making this report.
Also if you read his report, you will notice that he also PMed the seller. So please SHUT UP before telling him to do what he has done already.

The "Top Seller" tag should be changed/removed imo, it really does look like hackforums is vouching for that seller, I never even knew you could purchase them.
