I think it is time I made this report.

I bought an office exploit builder from Mon3y, he stated on his sales thread "4. The product may not be 100% FUD at all times (Max of 1-3 detections), I am constantly updating to remain FUD, but updates take time."
However days after purchasing it, I never got below 5 detection which I complained to him about. I attached screenshots of my conversations with him.
He also said he was getting fud results but every other users I PMed said they were getting detections just like me but Mon3y was the only one getting fud results from the same builder which has settings of only the build button.

After many days he said he released an update and I downloaded the new builder but it wasnt opening. The issue lingered for several days and I sent him PMs and emails about it which he was always too busy to reply.

For more than 2 weeks I was unable to use his product after paying for it as you can see in the conversation. After finally he was able to fix it and get it working for me.

Also you should take note that despite all these frustrations from him, I never posted my complains on his sales thread even when he goes for days without replying my emails and PMs yet he was always posting on his thread asking new customers to still buy his non working tool.

The next problem I had with him was after I gave +reps to some HF members. Which has nothing to do with his TOS. He banned my license and neg repped me. See screenshots for your ref. I emailed him about it and he replied and gave me the reason why he banned my license as you all can see.

I politely reminded him that my repping any member has nothing to do with his TOS and asked him to restore the product I paid for but he stopped replying to my messages. I sent him reminders through PMs and emails but he ignored them. I posted reminders on his sales thread that I sent him emails and PMs so he could check but he still did not reply.

The below screenshots are the reminders I sent on his sales thread after he ignored my emails and PMs. If those post are called flaming or sale thrashing, I need someone to please inform me.

When he saw potential customers commenting that some users dosent seem happy about his product he now turned around and said I broke his TOS and flamming on his sales thread that was the reason he banned me. See his comment in the screenshot below. Initially he said he banned me because I +repped some members, not he said ha banned me because I abuse his TOS and flamming on his product. How laughable.

Hey there is nothing what you can do, i bought it as well few months ago and it was NEVER fud for me. Usually it has over 10 detections. I dont care about this anymore. Its just sad to see that he still advertise it as FUD ;/

I keep getting PMs from other members who say they bought his product and regretted it because they failed to read reviews and comments on his thread. I don't want anyone contacting me about it again if they cant take their time to read through posts before wasting their money.

Truly. The guy is a real scammer. I notice how he always delete some comments from his thread. As soon as someone post that he wants to buy, Mon3y will reply immediately but when someone email him for support he will ignore the person and claim to not see the messages.

On top of it, his exploits are pure trash . His silent add-on is just a VBS script, no one is stupid enough to download and run VBS Script. Even most email providers will mark it and block it as threat.

This is not true. There are many positive members of this community, and you are not one. All you are doing is spreading hate and disgust. Stop for a second. Think. If he was really scamming people, wouldn't Omni take down his thread that has been up for 5 YEARS? What about all the other happy customers he has served? I was having some problems before with getting it to open, but then I realized it was ME making the mistake. I worked it out with him, and cleared it up. Very friendly user and doesn't deserve all of this hate from you. I highly suggest you WORK IT OUT with him. Or start a law suit.

Did you bother to read read my conversation with him and his replies?
If yes, can you tell me from all you ready the reason why he banned me?
Was it because I broke his TOS, flammed on his thread or because I gave +rep to other members? what has that got to do with his TOS?
If you cannot read and chose to be a puppet to that idiotic scammer, then shut the fu*k up until you get some brains.

You obviously didn't read any of the proof OP posted, I too was scammed by Money... He may have once had a great office exploit builder, but now it's a shit product that is very quickly detected. Money is a total cunt, I lost $130 to that piece of shit. He promised me a refund if he didnt fix the builder, and I asked him for one after weeks of waiting. He proceeded to ignore me, block me, then give me bad rep before I said anything bad about him or his product. I don't even have access to the builder anymore. He claims I broke ToS which is total bullshit, he is a pathetic low life that sells an old product.

Money releases occasional FUD updates, but these fud updates only last a few hours, before the exploit is redetected by 10 or more antiviruses.

Hopefully I think you will receive your product from Mon3y, but that is the least of your problem. Your forthcoming problems are; you will never get fud and when you start complaining he will ban your license saying you broke his TOS.
So in essence, YOU REALLY JUST WASTED YOUR 130$ on this SCAMMER called MON3Y. Goodluck to you.
