Story:

On May 4th i bought the $130 package of his Exploit Builder and paid with bitcoins

I followed the instruction after downloading the serial generator as seen here:

I Pm'ed him (as instructed) with the data to download and activate the Exploit Builder as seen here:

He never replied and his "Last Visit" status in his profile link is hidden.

I never received the product i bought and if you look at the last three pages of his sales thread i am not the only one.

This needs to stop, i do NOT care how much rep he has got or that he is considered a top seller or not... he steals money from HF member.

Here is the thing;
He will send you the product so be patient a little.
The problem you will encounter is that the product will never be FUD and it will never bypass any Antivirus on runtime. When you complain he will stop replying to your PMs and emails. When you write on his thread, he will ban your license and say you violated his TOS.
Later he will say you're not even his customer. So either way, you fucked up.
I'm sure you read all the complains on his thread but you felt we were just wasting our time. I'm happy for you bro, you just stuffed 130$ up your ass.

I have... i bought a product, waited for a long enough time and did not recieve it.

If he hasn't got the time to manage it anymore he should stop selling it (read: taking money from people when he can deliver on time or at all).

He has been scamming people long enough now so he should be neg repped and get this over with, once for all.

Honestly, you just need to calm down a bit and attempt to get in contact with him whether that be through Email or PMs. Instead of making a complaint thread like this you should've commented on his thread. It's you're fault if he blacklist you since you made a Deal-Dispute for being impatient and barely trying to get in contact with him.

Yeah I had problems with him too, He made me jump through hoops to get. I waited 2 weeks to get the product from him. Everytime I did what he told me to do to get it, it was always 1 more step away.

You realize that the "Top Seller" sales tag is something that you can buy along with many other tags and stickies for that particular thread? It's not a vouch or guarantee that he's a top seller.
