Currently have been accruing hitleap traffic for about a two months in hopes that when the time is comes I could find a way to monetize this traffic, would greatly appreciate any sort of recommendation to best monetize this traffic so I can reinvest in more ventures

Its almost worthless, pretty much all traffic is bots.

Make a blog, send traffic. Use ads from:
https://a-ads.com
Try to anonimaze the traffic.
