Download Failed - Virus Detected.. bypass - doeland444 - Nov 5, 2019
So my client is FUD, I am using sendspace to upload my file.
I am wondering if there is a way around the download failing?
I know about zip a file with password or rar it, however that requires the user to have winrar..
are there any other ways around this?

Domain reputation might be helpful, many browsers use that to judge the legitimacy of downloads. In addition whether said file is signed or not. I suggest you test on your own machine to see why the browser is not playing along and figure out a way to skirt around that.
