[Account Help] UB3R (level_2s) not registered as account upgrade and UID mismatch - Printable Version

UB3R (level_2s) not registered as account upgrade and UID mismatch - Exalted - May 26, 2020

So I bought UB3R yesterday and went to the Show Buys page where I noticed that UB3R (level_2s) is not registered as an account upgrade and the fact that there is a UID mismatch causing me not to be able to view the purchase. The UB3R purchase does register in the total amount spent.

Seems like you got your upgrade or did you intend to gift it?

I got the upgrade as intended, but I am not allowed to see the info.

Hmm, that is a very, very strange bug. Hope an admin is able to fix this for you!

This is likely an issue because Xerotic may not have changed the buy history with our new BTCpay system. Maybe he can get that done this week.

I've also noticed that not all purchases show up, there's a few awards I've purchased that aren't listed on that page for me.

My ub3r and l33t purchases don't show up either.
Doesn't bother me, it'd be cool to see it all though for memories.

The UB3R purchase now does show correctly, but there's still a UID mismatch happening thus I cannot view the details.

Yeah, it was something I noticed months ago but never really got around to reporting as I figured it would be fixed at some point and because Omni and Xero always have something important on their hands.

Would be cool to see it all fixed though, like I said it's somewhat of nostalgia going through your old purchases and when you made them.

This would make sense seeing the ones I'm missing I believe I paid with PayPal at the time.

Damn, looks like the paid stickies and sales tags added onto that total quite a bit.

I'm sure what you got in return for it though surely outweighed the investment. 😅

I am bumping this thread because I still cannot see the information about my Ub3r purchase; there's no need for me to see it, but it is an issue nonetheless.
