Hacking over WAN - Cyber_Tron - Jul 21, 2020

Hi!
Is it possible to get reverse connection from payloads which are opened in any devices which are in WAN or in LAN,once if we use a wireless adapter(without having port forwarded already)?

Your LAN and WAN address would be different, you'd need to specify the corresponding address to a LAN payload and a WAN payload. You don't need port forwarding if you are using actual infrastructure such as a VPS or dedi although for LAN connections you will want to tunnel to the VPS. If you are using your at home computer rethink it, if port forwarding is an issue. You can use a VPN which allows port forwarding or a service like ngrok/serveo but once again it connects to your IP or the VPN's IP. If you are thinking like a mesh network not sure, they do need an AP or node. I would think that running your own AP having users log in using that then serving a payload would probably be your best bet.

Thanks for answering Cyber Strike but will wireless adapters take care of port forwarding?

The wifi adapter is just an adapter it has nothing to do with port forwarding. At most you may find functionality being different, for example some wifi adapters allow you to run an AP.

On a WAN, no the adapter has zero to do with port forwarding and on a LAN hopefully you are not running a firewall as now you will have to allow that port.

What exactly are you thinking both LAN and WAN, what is the possible scenario?
