Check this out. It still bypasses Windows Defender. Which is the main AV you wanna worry about if you're mass spreading.
Use this tool (clean but run in sb) [deleted] to get Async base64.

You can always obfuscate the vbs yourself or buy a crypter.

I just wanted to say that it does not bypass Runtime W10 anymore as shown in the video

You have to purchase stub crypto or if you know in Cryptography then it will be easy for you to make it FUD
