Hi, theres some weird kid who lives below me. I'm pretty sure he does nothing but play video games and smoke pot.
I've never complained to him about the nasty pot smell wafting up to my house, but I do have a couple kids who don't really have any space to play.
Well, last week, he came up and bitched me out for how loud my kids are. He doesn't seem to understand it is the dead of winter, and I can't chain my kids up outside.
I was looking for a decent way to teach him a lesson. Any ideas?

I mean if it was just one time then you probably shouldn't do anything, if he does it again then just tell him it's too cold for them to play outside right now and that he's gonna have to deal with it just like you have to.
Just talk shit out man no need to deal with neighbor drama, just be chill n tell him it is what it is, you got kids, kids are loud, there's nothing you can do about it.
