Hi, theres some weird kid who lives below me. I'm pretty sure he does nothing but play video games and smoke pot.
I've never complained to him about the nasty pot smell wafting up to my house, but I do have a couple kids who don't really have any space to play.
Well, last week, he came up and bitched me out for how loud my kids are. He doesn't seem to understand it is the dead of winter, and I can't chain my kids up outside.
I was looking for a decent way to teach him a lesson. Any ideas?
