Lol, when you were little, you were only sitting and laying? Get real. I have neighbors with little kid as well and I don't complain. Just listen music and problem solved lol.

My good friend had a neighbor like that. They also had dogs, so he would play a very high pitched sound late a night around like midnight and get the dogs barking. Then kept reporting them to management for all the noise in the middle of the night.

Took about 4 complaints before they were forced to move.
