The file size limit is 1mb still but now instead of disconnecting, Omniscient has adjusted the code to notify you with an error. In the future, the plan is to increase the limit to 3mb without any issues to support photos taken from mobile devices. >>Source Background Color Picker HackForums now has a color picker to change the background color. The color picker is located at the bottom of each page and offers three colors: black, dark grey, grey. Also, if you missed it the change previous to this change, the background image was replaced with a solid color. See Omni's thread here regarding that change. >>Source Closed Account CSS Change Previously, closed accounts had a username color close to the background (#333). The application is developed under the Electron framework which is just a browser window and does not support encryption by default. Security analysts have discovered multiple vulnerabilities that would allow a threat actor with local access to steal the tokens and log in to the target's account bypassing MFA. Due to the native limitations of Electron, the security analysts recommended to use the browser version which provides additional protections against token theft. Microsoft spokesperson commented "The technique described does not meet our bar for immediate servicing as it requires an attacker to first gain access to a target network," on 2022/09/14. >>Source Patreon Reportedly Lays Off Entire Security Team CyberScoop has reported that several former employees of Patreon have confirmed layoffs and for their entire security team. Patreon has since denied the allegations and claim that five employees have been laid off only, "As part of a strategic shift of a portion of our security program, [...] parted ways with five employees." Patreon's Senior VP of Engineering stated the company isn't "scaling back investing in our security programs" and plan to invest further as they grow. >>Source Uncle From Another World Anime Delays Episode 8 Indefinitely Due to COVID-19 The anime adaption for Isekai Ojisan, also known as "Uncle From Another World," has been indefinitely delayed after increased reports of COVID-19 infections within various studios involved in the production of the anime were been reported. Due to this sudden increase in infections, the anime will air reruns of episodes 3-6 throughout September. This will not be the first time that the anime has had to halt its production. Episode 5 was meant to air on Aug. 3, but did not due so until Aug. 17, due to a similar situation with COVID-19. >>Source Crunchyroll Bought A Popular Anime Video Store, Removed Its Hentai One of the leading streaming services in anime, Crunchyroll, which was purchased from AT&T by Sony Pictures Entertainment back in 2021, has recently expanded its company by purchasing an anime retail site by the name of "RightStufANIME.com" which up until Sept. 2 had erotica merchandise for sale. Fakku, a previous partner to RightStufANIME, and unarguably one of the biggest names in the anime merchandise world when it comes to adult-oriented anime material, recently decided to speak their mind stating on Twitter, "This is a massive blow Right Stuf was a big account for FAKKU and one of the only retailers that really embraced 18+ anime/manga. Not good" in reply to Crunchyroll's announcement. Crunchyroll then announced any pre-orders and unfulfilled orders that were made before their purchase of RightStuffANIME will now be moved over to an upcoming partner site in the works named, "Ero Anime Store." The new erotic website is currently not live yet but has already received some backlash from the internet. >>Source Nippon TV Finalizes First Large-Scale Anime Deal with Netflix Nippon TV Network, which was founded back in 1952, announced on Aug. 29 that they will be collaborating with the streaming service Netflix once again, to stream 13 selected anime to countries outside of Asia. Biased asf. 😤 RE: Writ3rs // E.531 - Gary - Sep 18, 2022 (Sep 18, 2022 07:52 PM)Blazin Wrote: Not a good edition, didn't have blazins 3 diamonds from hell. What makes you think it's below $500? Don't assume. 🙂 RE: Writ3rs // E.531 - Gary - Sep 18, 2022 (Sep 18, 2022 07:58 PM)Blazin Wrote: What makes you think it's below $500? Don't assume. 🙂 $75 award. You did a private deal to get more than 1 which you were obviously charged more than what the 3 awards would have cost. RE: Writ3rs // E.531 - Pikachu - Sep 18, 2022 Great edition but im sad, the crews part didn't include my report https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=6200455&pid=61635741#pid61635741 RE: Writ3rs // E.531 - Blazin - Sep 18, 2022 (Sep 18, 2022 07:59 PM)Gary Wrote: $75 award. I did see your rebrand drop an hour or so after this edition came out. I'll make sure they're both in the next edition. If it falls under this rule listed in Weekly Reports, let me know and I'll add it in for next edition. $75 x 3 = $225 so unless you purchased more awards in one go (set) to reach $500+, it wouldn't be notable. Quote:Awards valued under $500 will not be accepted. If a single set of awards total to $500+, this is the only case it would be acceptable - e.g. buying 10 Heart of Generosity ($50) in one go RE: Writ3rs // E.531 - Bastille - Sep 18, 2022 Thanks for the news Hydra, good as usual 😁 EDIT : I'm sad to see that the Hell Diamond is now 75$ :( I saw it few years ago for 25$, can't afford it for the time being, maybe later !
