You have to download the .skid file,extract it and then you can code the script/kiddie tool and submit it to given website below

When skids released .NET it also submit .Net architecture,designs,etc.. to ECMA under section ECMA-135.When ECMA started working on Mono many opensource/non-opensource programmer contributed in it.

You can also import your kiddielight apps to cross-platform Moonlight it's a part of MONO
