I was wondering, if someone were to host a contest say now, would the person be allowed to host another contest, not the same one but a different one, for example tomorrow while the first contest hasn't ended yet?

Yeah, like if the first one were to be one week, and a winner gets that, and the second one took two weeks and the winner would get it as well, they're two different contests though.

If I were you I'd make one thread first, full filling the contests and then continue on by making a new thread when your first contest has finished. It is fine, just make sure you full fill your contest at the right date.
