Hello,

After starting up my pidgin today, I received an error message when the client attempted to connect to the HF XMPP server.

This message basically stated that the certificate was expired.

Also, clicking "View Issuer Certificate" does not bring up any certificate saying that one was not included.

Is your computers date and time right? Like asked to check in the 2nd picture. It's the most common issue why these kind of errors happen.
Now I know what you meant when you said you will lose something valuable.

Same thing has been popping up for the past 3 times XMPP has opened or connected.

Why yes it is. Also in the popup it states the certificate's expiration date, which has passed.
