I tend to look at their eyes, but I learnt a trick for those of you have problems at looking into peoples eyes (for various reasons) just look at their nose, they wont be able to tell and they will think you're looking them in the eyes which shows respect etc, It's better than being an awkward fuck and staring at something else

I look them in the eyes for like 5-10 seconds and then i always have to look away for a second or it just feels weird.
