The vector looks okay but you randomly added light spots where there should be shadows, and it fucks up the whole piece. The background is also very meh.
Overall it was good, but you need to work on the key things such as shading.

There is, as mentioned, some refining touches that is required for the shading, but I feel like you happen to have a pretty good understanding when it comes to drawing out the actual work; I like it.

When that is said, I'd imagine that the vector would be much better off in a completely new-though environment, as the whole city silhouette combined with the background (is it a picture of the floor?) leaves an odd expression.

6/10 for nailing the actual vector :)
