Arrow: Your wallpaper and signature is something that meets all the criteria. It is something hackforums related and it is something that anyone can wear/use. It is clean and simple.

Arryn: Your signature/banner is something that meets all the criteria. It is something hackforums related and it is something that anyone can wear/use. I like that you used the background of the forum and kinds blurred out the sides to give it a cool look, the signature is on a forever loop as well, which is great!

It was difficult to decide which one of you two would get the first place, but considering that Arrow made a wallpaper and a signature, really had to do it.

If you did not win and wonder why, it might be because you watermarked your work, which then makes it not meet all criterias, or it might was not something hackforums related.
