So I use a VPN when my computer starts for of course for security purposes online. Since hackforums doesn't allow VPN connections, I usually add a route exception to my route tables on windows. However, I tried doing it recently, and it didn't work? It successfully adds it to the route table like it always did, but I still get blocked on hackforums? Why is this? I am of course not blocked on my main IP, because I can access HF.
