Well I'm not entirely sure if I can buy 3p1c or l33t, or if you can buy both at the same time.

Also I just upgraded do I need to do something? It says it's not automatic, so should I inform the staff about my upgrade?

You can purchase both at the same time.

You don't have to do anything once you pay. Just wait for confirmations and it should pop up after the transaction is confirmed.

Yes, as far as I know, it's possible to purchase both together or one before the other, however you'd like.

Ub3r is the one that requires L33T membership first, and then a review by our administrator, Omniscient (for approval...or denial).

Even I as an Ub3r, cannot seem to do it anymore. I think Omniscient took those 2 features away for Non-Staff members, sadly...

MyBB 1.8 comes equipped with the "Soft Delete" feature, which I believe Omni is looking to tweak in order to mass restore deleted posts.
