Hak5 pineapple WiFi

So I saw that hak5 has something called pineapple nano that can do a Man in the middle attack.
But why people buying this thing? What’s the different between this pineapple Nano and doing a MITM attack without it?

Simplicity and support

Like any other hak5 product, e.g. the rubber ducky or the bash bunny have a big enough community posting scripts so you don’t even need to learn it to use it.

Also there are 10000000 videos from hak5 to explain every kind of possible use.

That s all
It's the drivers. I've been working on some cool stuff but can't do anything with my chipset, I'll probably be getting a pineapple wifi soon. So if your computer can't sniff packets you will need an adapter like the pineapple, there are other ones besides the pineapple too. Go look around

Yes, but I wouldn’t spend so much (hak5 gadgets are expensive) just to get a packet sniffer hardware. With 50$ you can buy a double antenna dual band panda pau09 n600 and with less than 20$ A basic panda model or tp-link v1 .

Buying an hak5 you are basically buying the community/guides help.

This kind of tools are user friendly, nothing more.

And yes, the gadget is definitely expensive, but the material you get with it can in somehow compensate the price :)
