Hi, I need an experienced web developer to help build my platform for my new start-up company. I originally intended to do it myself at first, however, that turned out to be way too time-consuming with my current schedule and all the other things I have to oversee. I have a sizeable budget for this project because I would like it to be done right, and I want the website to look clean and be snappy. I want it to last a while too, not be constantly having to deal with hiring developers to fix issues that come up when more people are using it. I want this platform to be able to handle a decent amount of traffic, about 10-15k users on at a time. The timeline for this project is flexible, but I don't want to wait an absurd amount of time for what I will be paying. The website will consist of about 40-60 pages, depending on how the finished product comes out. I am estimating about 48 pages right now, but I figured I would keep it a range in case we decide we need more. This is the type of thing where if this is done well and I am satisfied with your service we can have continued business in the future, and if this company takes off I would be more than happy to hire you on as a remote developer. I know this is a long shot, but I really do think I have a viable idea that can be profitable in a new market, and I just need the right web developer to help me achieve that. Please reply or PM whichever is more convenient for you, leave links to your threads with examples of previous work and your rates. I will select the most trustworthy and professional candidate because I cannot afford to be scammed on this venture, and I can provide payment in whatever the most convenient method for you is. Definitely will not be doing full payment upfront seeing as how this is relatively a long term venture and I need to keep you invested, but I am sure we can work something out like a secure escrow system or something. You should go even further if this is supposed to be a very professional venture for a start-up company and seek an expert contracting company or better yet, legally hire applicants to become your employees and be paid a salary in exchange for doing work for you on a set schedule.

The design has already been done, I just need someone to code it. I will provide an accurate mockup that the developer just has to replicate into a functioning website

Well I’m still in college so I have to be very careful with my money, I’m basically funding this startup via my life savings and I just thought I might be able to get a better price on here rather than Freelancer or a contracting company. I can afford to spend up to $1,500 on this website, and I wasn’t sure that would be enough to go through those routes. I would rather it get done for less than that, but $1,500 is definitely not enough to hire someone. This will be a one man business for a very long time, I just need the website set up correctly so I can run this platform. Also I forgot to mention the website has already been designed the developer just needs to code it.
