I have tried many programs that convert male voices into female voices, but in all the programs I have tried it is clear that the voice is modified.
Exists a program that converts male voices to female voices in a realistic way? When they ask you to send an audio, how do you do it?

It's something you might only need to do once or twice month but it's a good skill to have. It's just another form of verification same as a thumbs up.
Everyone has their own methods. I decided that verifications were a waste of time. A horny man wants something immediately. If he has time to think about a verification, he's not buying anything.

Advertise on Craigslist, say that your company is searching for a female voice actor for a new Drama comedy etc, the more details the better. Say it will be aired on radio station whatever.
Give some industry standard rate of pay.
When you phone them up, use some call recording software, ask them a bunch of standard questions and talk a bit about the play, then give them an impromptu 2 minute script reading task with whatever verification sentences you need. After, say she's been shortlisted and you'll be in touch.
This is good because it is completely free. And if you need more verification with the same girl, you can just do a follow up interview.
Fiver the girls make you charge for licensing wich is 50$ . So the 5$ turns into 50$
