Nope, don't believe it is. If you follow the thread, you will notice the guy ended up being a scammer. Which makes sense why he wouldn't conduct a 1k test for anyone, and was only offering to send 100 as test run. He would only do 100 for the test, because he knew that he couldn't inbox anything more then that.
