I had a deal dispute with Narcos Escobar back in 2021 that can never be resolved since he was closed around the same time.

I'm trying to figure out how to resolve it?

You don't as far as I'm aware. Staff doesn't get involved with any of the market disputes or problems. Unless its clear abuse / TOS breaking.

I could have swore his other dispute against me was closed shortly after he got banned.

I could be mistaken, since it's been a year .
