Started signing a bunch of girls recently as I've been back into filling the pipeline, but I'm realizing I need a lot of help to make sure I have my traffic/monetization systems down, onboarding systems down, etc.
Would like to engage someone who's scaled a OF or cam agency (ideally a mix of both) up to 4-5+ models and some scaled cashflow to help mentor/advise.
Budget isn't really an issue and happy to offer a percent of cashflow as well so I can focus on scale since I'll have a seemingly easy time onboarding/signing 4-8 girls a month low end.
