I'm guessing this will charge you on your bill noticing that it states it calls out to an international or premium rate number just to spoof the call, than call the number you wanted to prank.

Well I have used it long time ago, for USA you can make free calls but for rest of the countries you need to buy credit. Worthless!!! ain't it ?
