By accessing or utilizing the graphic design services provided by Metamorph.solutions, you agree to adhere to and be governed by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Description of Services
Metamorph.solutions provides a range of graphic design services, including but not limited to logo creation, branding, digital illustrations, web graphics, and print materials. Specific details of the services, including pricing, will be detailed in a separate agreement or contract.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Metamorph.solutions, you agree to:
Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding your graphic design requirements.
Respond promptly to requests for feedback, approvals, or additional information.
Respect our creative process and adhere to agreed timelines.
Make timely payments for services as specified in the agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract:
All intellectual property rights to the final graphic designs created by Metamorph.solutions will be transferred to you upon full payment.
Metamorph.solutions retains the right to display and promote the completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
You are responsible for ensuring that any materials provided to Metamorph.solutions for use in the services do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Payments and Fees
Payment terms and fees for our services will be detailed in a separate agreement or invoice. Metamorph.solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information and materials shared during the course of the project.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the services upon written notice if the other party breaches these Terms of Service. Termination does not relieve you of your obligation to pay for services rendered.
8. Limitation of Liability
Metamorph.solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Metamorph.solutions, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
