I have lowered the minimum from 250 to 100 Bytes for attachments. It was originally 10, people advised to raise it but 250 probably a little high. I think 100 seems reasonable level for now.

100 bytes seems alright. I imagine it will reduce the number of troll/fake/malicious attachments since it won't be as quick/easy to attach a file.
