looking for rat that bypass port forwarding

I am trying to get a rat that allows me gain access to a system by just the user running an executable without me knowing their ip/port.

I have been trying to setup quasar rat but I obviously don't know the port or ip of the person I'm sending this rat to.

Am I supposed to know the port/ip of the person who is executing the rat? If so, that's quite impossible and most hackers don't know this but still gain access to someone's pc.

Basically, how do I eliminate the need for port forwarding? Is there a RAT that has this feature?

So you need a RAT that uses reverse connections or C2, in other words, any of the modern ones. This does not eliminate the need for port forwarding if the C2 server is behind overloaded NAT. The RAT implant has to connect to an open port on the attacker's side.

What you are talking about? LOl
That would be called a bind shell, but its a nosense to do this, this only would work for webservers/servers exposed.
I have a working RAT, but I can't figure out how to configure it so that I can see the victim in the panel. If I run Bild on the machine where RAT itself is, I can see the client, if I run Bild on another computer in another network, it is not displayed😅

Sounds like Port Forwarding issue.
Google your router/modem and see how PF is done, then open up your RAT client, listen to the port you did PF on and finally go to the canyouseeme.org and check if the port you're listening on is seen from outside your network.

As others mentioned, it does sound network related, however, hard to be sure because there isn't enough information here to be specific enough.

Could you explain your network setup? Have you already configured port forwarding on your local network for your local computer IP Address on the specified port that it should listen on when a client connects? From here you may utilize a number of resources to check your public IP address and ensure that the port is open on your network for incoming connection attempts.
