Any IPTV app that supports Xtreme Code login, which is 95% of them. Some TVs like Samsung and LG need specific apps that might cost, like IboPlayer, as there are no convenient alternatives.
Some specific countries like Canada/Italy might require a VPN to log in to the IPTV as ISPs are blocking the servers.

Everything I said here is standard for any IPTV provider!
