Not everyone wants to link their twitter, discord or whatever. Some prefer more unique methods of connecting with people and communicating. Others may want a way to link their github or additional platforms like VK/Steam.
A list of some nice additions would be:
- Tox/QTox support (I like this protocol)
- Jabber support
- Matrix
- Session (but not really, is a worse fork of signal lel)
- Signal
- VK (for whomever uses this lol)
- Github (a useful one)
- Steam (for the lulz)
