Why do you only want people from the United States? Maybe cuz the US is the hardest on bank fraud criminals than other countires? I would suggest finding people in countries like Brazil or several Eastern European countries that virtually have no cyber crime laws. But if you are serious and only want Americans, I would open an offshore bank account with an anonymous bearer share corporation in an unregulated jurisdiction with no political ties to the US. Then, you could transfer the money to that account. That way, if the owners of the bank accounts that you stole the $$ from decides to try and get it back by callin the Feds, my offshore bank wont cooperate with the US gov. Ha....it's what all the rich people do.......offshore bank accounts! ;-)
