I need some kind of device or dvr to watch Hulu (Free version, not plus), Netflix, YouTube and more to my TV. I don't want to have plans on it or pay monthly fee, just want to buy the device only. Must be under $200.

I could do it from laptop but I don't wanna keep opening it everytime I wanna watch tv.
