So basically our uni for the past many days has been complaining from being hacked and I've never explored the website or this part but can someone explain what's the situation and if it's possible since it's down to exploit it? Budapest metropplitan univ

Maybe it is DDos'ed when it is not reachable, But that dont makes the site more exploitable ;)

if the site is DDOS'd it is going to be down and can be for a long time but it is not really hacked
