Where to denounce a thread that should be closed?

Many times I've read some threads where the author is literally baned (or inactive since a long long time a go, but I supposed this is a different case), and people just continues asking for what they were offering on OP.

Example: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?ti...380&page=2

Questions:
1. Is it helpful for staff if we let them know about these cases or are they still open threads for a reason?
2. If the answer is yes, Is there a section to denounce those threads?
3. If the answer is yes, are we in that section?
I used to sell nice stuff on HF.

These days all I can offer you are my services as a software engineer and as a Spanish teacher. The later is a hobby I still enjoy.

The thread you linked has already been reported.
In the future you can report threads that are dead by OP being closed.
