i feel like people need to stop doing this. A community alert is fine if you havnt been scammed but are just worried about a potential scam. but using it just to get around not using a contract if your were scammed and didnt use a contract. i feel like is just cheating the system almost. Just my two cents

I know they should use contracts, but if he has scammed he most likely will try to do the same again which is why I recommended a community alert.

Don't you dare tell a member to post a community alert in order to harass another member. If you want to post a deal dispute then USE CONTRACTS. They are required and avoiding contracts will earn you a closed account.

Let me provide you with a post made by Omniscient about 14 hours ago:

You got no right to make a claim he's a scammer when you have NO CONTRACT WITH HIM.

You follow site policies or you get closed.

@OP: You have to use our Marketplace Contracts system ( see: https://hackforums.net/marketcp.php & Official [Video] The Contract System Explained ) when dealing with other members. If a member tries to get you to avoid using contracts when making a deal then forward the PM to an administrator and they will handle it.
