Need some damn helps lol.

Well currently ive taken over a big fighting website, this is my problem,
ive got a shell up trough vbulletin, but i cant see sh1t, yet i can excute some commands showing outcome, but i cant seem to wget my shell on any folder, so basicly im working out blind,
i cant seem to backconnect or backdoor it either. any helps?

what kind of shell did you use?
what version of vbulletin is there?
what kind of OS is there?(Linux,Unix,Windows...etc)
give some more info

(vBulletin 4.0.1)
ISR 2.3 shell the XML one,
Linux based, whenever i execute ls -la it shows a blank page with the current folder shits in it,
but i cant browse to other folders. or see any folders in shell itself, while safe mode is off and open basedir as well.
